80,000 Modern Broiler Farm in Kuala Lumpur

OUKE has successfully completed a turnkey project for an 80,000 modern broiler farm in Malaysia, showcasing our commitment to providing innovative and efficient poultry farming solutions. This project features two state-of-the-art poultry houses designed to optimize space and enhance operational efficiency.

The project is designed to accommodate 80,000 broilers, with the goal of achieving a target weight of 2 kg per bird at harvest. The facility incorporates advanced feeding and ventilation systems tailored to meet the specific needs of the poultry.

Feeding System: Each poultry house is equipped with an automatic pan feeder feeding system, ensuring consistent and efficient feed distribution to the birds.

Drinking System: A nipple drinker watering system is installed to provide clean and accessible water, meeting the hydration needs of the broilers.

Ventilation Program: We designed a comprehensive ventilation program for each house based on the client’s farming conditions, including the installation of 50" box fans and a controlled winching air inlet system to maintain optimal climate conditions.
