OUKE has successfully delivered a customized A Frame pullet farm solution in Uganda, overcoming significant challenges faced by the customer in previous purchases from other suppliers. This project highlights our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction in poultry farming equipment.
Customer Experience and Challenges
The customer had previously purchased chicken cages from two different companies, both of which resulted in various issues. During the third purchase, OUKE met all the customer’s requirements, effectively solving their problems and earning their praise.
Previous Issues Faced
Technical Specifications
Quality Problems: The first chicken cage purchased had serious rust issues due to inadequate surface treatment and low zinc coating, leading to a short service life.
Design Flaws: The second chicken cage suffered from design problems, where the cage frame width was too narrow, causing overlapping cage nets. This led to manure accumulation, which could release harmful ammonia and cause health issues for the chickens.
OUKE's Solutions
In response to the challenges faced by the customer, OUKE implemented tailored solutions:
Anti-Rust Measures: We utilized marine-grade cage mesh wire with a zinc content of 275g/sq.m plus 10% aluminum, ensuring superior anti-corrosion properties. Our cages are designed to last over 25 years, significantly longer than traditional galvanized cages.
Customized Design: We provided a customized cage frame solution that eliminated overlapping nets, ensuring proper manure disposal and enhancing ventilation. This design reduces ammonia production and minimizes disease rates among the chickens.
